Senior/Software Engineer-AAA (ESB)

Thomson Reuters are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer who experienced in designing and developing integration platform and using Websphere Processor Server (WPS) / Websphere Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and has a Knowledge of Object Oriented Design Patterns using Java / J2EE.

Responsibilities:
Acquire and analysis requirements from Product Managers from many parties
Create functional and design documents
Implement and work with webservices by using Java on IBM Websphere Business Integration Products (WAS, WPS, WESB).
Integrate IBM Business Integration Products with various systems using webservice, messaging, file transfer, etc.
Participate and provide guidelines and assist quality assurance team to perform testing.
Monitor and improve the performance of entire end-to-end messaging bus system.
Review code and design documents produced by team and other parties
Teach and coach other members in team
Solve issues and service-requests from many parties both internal and external parties.

Qualifications:
Very strong Java programming, Web Service development, Very good at WebSphere. Having knowledge of ESB or WPS is a plus
Very strong at product integrator and excellent knowledge of ESB, WPS and WAS
Broad experience in working with integration project with wide range of integration technologies
4-5 years programming experience in Java language
Strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, XML, XML Schema, Webservice Technology.
Basic knowledge of WebSphere administration.
Thorough understanding of webservice, SOA and ESB design guidelines and best-practices
Some knowledge in SQL Server 2005 and/or Ajax on ASP.NET 2.0 will be benefit.
Good command of spoken and written English
Bachelor\‘s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
Open-minded and willing to learn new technology
